Who prepares this site?
I am Muhammet. I created SPNOTE so users can assess account decisions, support correspondence and data requests alongside their own records.
This archive is being prepared to help different users compare similar processes and make more informed decisions about the next steps that fit their situation.
SPNOTE’s motivation
SPNOTE grew out of records accumulated during a long-running account-access and support process.
My account was closed in May 2023 and remained inaccessible for about 746 days. It was reopened in June 2025, but problems concerning my rights and the company’s explanations continued. When the process again became difficult, I asked for the account to be temporarily frozen on 12 September 2025; this did not mean that I had abandoned my request for access.
Although I later expressly asked for the account to be reopened, the company did not clearly explain for months why it remained closed, what status it had or what was required to restore access.
SPNOTE brings this chronology and the related documents together so that users facing similar problems can compare their own records, evaluate how the company explains and handles cases and, where necessary, research their own application routes.
Why do I publish the records?
The process produced official emails, support conversations, data packages, transaction records and submissions to public bodies. I publish them here as an organized archive. The image below shows one of the relevant support conversations.
Information visible directly in documents, company statements and personal assessments are treated separately. Users can compare their records, observe how similar situations were handled and research their own appeal, data-access or official application options.
SPNOTE does not reduce events to a single narrative. It provides an open, structured source that readers can assess alongside their own records.
